Processing Time

We know you're excited to receive your new Press'd By Trice order, and we're just as excited to get it to you! Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier's delivery schedule.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Be sure to enter a valid email address at checkout to ensure you receive all order updates.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders are shipped to the exact address provided during checkout.

Press'd By Trice is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

Every order is carefully packaged before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping and delivery are outside of our control. While we understand how frustrating delays can be, Press'd By Trice is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. You may also want to check with neighbors, your local post office, or your apartment or property office if applicable.

Press'd By Trice is unable to replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
