At Press'd By Trice, your satisfaction is important to us. For the health and safety of our customers, all press-on nail sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pressdbytrice@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) received so we can review your request.
Approved claims will be resolved at the discretion of Press'd By Trice with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
